September 28th-29th
Franconia Falls, Lincoln, New Hampshire.
Fourteen boys and seven adults hiked three miles in to the campground. The recent rain from Hurricane Isadora raised the water level and the "flume" was too fast for most boys comfort.

October 19th-20th
Survivor Camporee, Thompson Island, Boston Harbor.
Eight boys and four adults rode the ferry out to Thompson Island in the Boston Harbor. The boys won second place overall.
November 16th-17th
Camp Dalton, New Hampshire.
Nine of our boys were joined by seven second year Webelos from Pack 377 for an overnight campout. The boys made "tin foil stew" on the campfires. Three Webelos actually stayed overnight with their fathers. Before the campout we watched the weather forecast with some trepidation as a Nor'easter storm threatened to dump snow and freezing rain on us; but the weather was actually pleasant (for November) all day. Around dinner time a light dusting of snow started falling and over night two inches of snow blanketed the area.
