Troop 304 at the District Camporee - May 1999

In May of 1999, Troop 304 participated in the District Wide Camporee at Camp Greenough on Cape Cod. Its been several years since our last participation in a Camporee, but the troop did well having a lot of fun and taking home several 1st places!

Each Troop's campsite is judged relative to safety, organization, and cleanliness. The rope in the photo is used to indicate the boundary for the wood chopping area.

A relay race was one of the many games and activities in which the Troops participated.

Camporees are also an excellent opportunities for good natured hijinks. These two Scouts from Troop 304 got caught in the act!
