Troop 304 Nondiscrimination Policy

On September 19, 2000, the following policy was approved unanimously by the Committee of Troop 304:

In regards to the recent controversy regarding Homosexuals and Boy Scouting:

The Boston Minuteman Council is continuing the policy of letting the local Troop Committee and Chartering Organization select its leaders. The Committee of Troop 304 will continue to choose leaders of excellent character who can make contributions to Scouting. Sexual orientation is irrelevant to this decision.
